Excellent Acoustic and Thermal Insulation

2. Selection of the appropriate thickness of insulating material ensures that the roof structure can be adapted to suit the requirements of the building and meet the strict insulation specifications.

Performance is a priority

1. The roofing element remains safe throughout the service life.
2. Special halters attach the profiles sheets to the substructure.
3. The halters are locked into the seam and are overlapped by the following Ziptech element so that the fixing elements are hidden under the roof.
4. The roof sheets are overlapped and the halters are locked into the male rib of the sheet.
5. The sheets are then seamed together, creating a roof skin that is not punctured by any fixing element.
6. The mechanical zipping of the seams produces a load bearing, permanent connection.
7. Pressure and suction loads are safely absorbed. Residual moisture I the insulating layer can evaporate through the seam.
8. Sophisticated solutions are offered for roof penetration, joints and gable ends.
9. The material is non-flammable and is resistant to flying sparks and radiant heat.
10. Ziptech can be used as a lightning conductor, in line with international standards.
